As a Performance Creative Content Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our creative operations. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects and creators while ensuring all content meets performance goals. You’ll work closely with our creative strategists to brief content creators, manage deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creator Outreach & Management: Reach out to content creators, maintain communication, track progress, and build long-term relationships to keep content flowing smoothly.
  • Creative Briefing: Collaborate with creative strategists to develop clear, actionable briefs that translate into compelling content.
  • Contract & Payment Setup: Manage contracts with external partners and ensure timely payment processes through our finance system.
  • Content Delivery Oversight: Ensure that all deliverables—videos, images, or written content—are submitted on time and meet our high-quality standards.
  • UGC Platform Setup & Review: Assist with setting up accounts on UGC platforms, assessing potential creator partnerships, and recommending the best collaborators for our brand.
  • Landing Page Development: Help manage the creation and testing of landing pages, ensuring we’re delivering top-notch experiences for our users.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in content coordination, influencer outreach, or marketing
  • Familiarity with platforms like Backstage, Fiverr, and UGC networks is a plus
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role
  • A proactive, “no job too small” mentality
